BAC is planning to realise a district heating network in Lauterbrunnen-Wengen. At the information event on 18 November 2024, residents were provided with all the information on the current status of the project. All detailed information can be found here.

Connection to district heating Lauterbrunnen-Wengen
In order to continue the project, we need feedback from all property owners. The costs for district heating are comparable to the costs for possible renewable alternatives. District heating also offers other major advantages for the village of Wengen. You can find more information about this in the invitation documents.
